Veteran Nollywood actor Prince James Uche who has been bed-ridden due to a sudden ailment that came upon him eight years ago, urgently needs N10m to undergo a kidney transplant. The Nollywood actor has been battling with high blood pressure, diabetes and kidney failure for more than eight years is currently admitted at Godspower Hospital, 32 Road, C Close, House 7, Festac Town, Lagos.YES International Magazine, disclosed that in order to rescue James Uche from the cold hands of death, the Nollywood actor urgently need the sum of N10m to undergo a Kidney transplant and eye surgery abroad.
Prince James was one time the President of Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN). Apart from spending all his life savings on hospital bills and drugs, the illness has cost him his marriage. However, loads of promises have been made by the AGN President Ibinabo Fiberesima in the past but these promises are yet to be fulfilled.
In 2012, due to his lingering ailment James wife and children abandoned him. Afterwards, when he could no longer cope with the house bills his landlord served him an eviction notice, ordering him to vacate his residence at 45, Yetunde Brown Street, Gbagada, Lagos.
