I AM LEAVING IN 2016 - PEP GUARDIOLA

Pep Guardiola has informed the men upstairs at Bayern Munich he will leave the club at the end of the season in 2016 with Carlo Ancelotti set to replace him. Guardiola has already indicated that he will reveal a decision on his future next week but MARCA reports that the coach has already made up his mind to leave the German giants.

A report by the Daily Mail UK suggests Guardiola is skeptical his relationship with the squad and club managers will improve despite his side’s dominance in the League for the past two seasons.

The report reads in part:
The Catalan has informed the suits at the Allianz Arena that he has made his mind up to seek out pastures new.
He feels that things have reached breaking point because of a fundamental disconnect between his footballing philosophy and the club’s ethos, not to mention certain man-management issues he has had with the squad.
As far as Guardiola is concerned, there is no turning back. The way he sees it, his time in charge of the Bundesliga champions has run its course and prolonging his stay beyond the end of this season could do both the club and himself more harm than good.

The Daily Mail further reports that former Real Madrid, PSG, Chelsea and AC Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti is already in talks to replace the Spaniard.

Ancelotti has been linked with a move to Manchester United to replace Louis Van Gaal while Guardiola has been linked to Manchester City but it seems the tables have turned leaving Man Utd as the one’s to lose out.

Daily Mail reports:
Sportsmail understands Guardiola, whose contract expires at the end of the season, has taken the decision to leave Bayern. And Ancelotti is in advanced talks to replace the Spaniard at the Bundesliga giants.

Guardiola joined Bayern in the summer of 2013 after spending four year in Barcelona and one year out with a sabbatical. The Spaniard has won two German league titles, one DFB Pokal, one UEFA Super Cup, One Club World Cup and one German Super Cup with Bayern Munich.
